Chris & Rich started Südspeed with the idea to create a glove specifically for the simulator. Many gloves are good in one or two areas, but lack all the elements to be perfect for sim racing – as such, the guys decided to produce something better.

With combined experience in business & graphic design, as well as a shared passion for motorsport, Südspeed was born in mid-2023. We’re Aussie / Kiwi owned, run out of Sydney, Australia, producing premium gloves by sim racers, for sim racers.

Shipping

We ship with Australia Post exclusively. They do a good job – generally quite quick, affordable and easily tracked. We endeavour to pack & ship all orders within 2 business days.

In Australia, shipping will generally take up to 5 business days to metro areas, or up to 10 business days to regional areas. NZ shipping is also generally up to 10 business days, and worldwide shipping – generally up to 15 business days. Obviously these times can vary, but you will have a tracking number with your order to keep an eye on it.

Shipping is free in Aus & NZ (over $30 order value), and starts from $10 AUD worldwide (for 1-2 pairs).

If your order more than 2 pairs of gloves (or other items), the weight goes up and the cost might increase by a few dollars. Put your items in the cart to find out how much your specific order could cost to ship to your country.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duty, and/or other fees, all of which are the responsibility of the recipient. It's best you check with your local authorities to clarify before placing your order.

Returns

So long as they’re unused, Südspeed gloves can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You just have to cover the shipping costs, ie: returning the initial pair and if exchanging, shipping the new pair.

Südspeeds are tough, but like anything – occasionally there can be faults. If you have a problem with your gloves, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help fix it.

As our customers, you are entitled to consumer guarantees which are governed by Australian consumer law. These require us to – primarily – provide a product fit for purpose & of acceptable quality. We always strive to do this, or provide a remedy as soon as practicable.
